In the southern part of the Czech Republic, the most talented control engineer of all time was born. His name is Václav Jan Veselý. He showed all his prodigious skills from a very young age. His parents, teachers and friends were amazed by his intelligence, creativity and perspicacity. But despite all his abilities and willingness to focus on just one thing, he was not able to graduate before turning 26… 😉
An overview of the projects we have been working on.
The LED Arrow project was created as a hands-on learning tool for a summer camp at Gymnázium Česká, where kids learned the basics of soldering and programming. Participants built and programmed LED arrows, gaining practical experience with electronics. The project was a fun and engaging way to spark their interest in technology.
The Star Earrings, originated from the LED Arrow project, are star-shaped ornaments with 20 LEDs, offering various light patterns. Wearers can select pre-programmed patterns or create their own. Powered by a compact battery, the LEDs last over eight hours. The earrings can be controlled via an infrared remote, a potentiometer, or capacitive touch pads for an interactive experience.
ARobot is a robotics platform designed to inspire high school students with hands-on learning in robotics and programming. With over 25 types of sensors and actuators, ARobot bridges gaps in STEM education by connecting theory to real-world applications. Students assemble and program their robots, gaining skills in engineering, creativity, and problem-solving. ARobot sparks curiosity and equips students to innovate for the future.
My master’s thesis introduces SRobot, an omnidirectional indoor robot designed to make learning robotics fun and accessible. From high school kids to university students, SRobot is here to teach and inspire. It's modular, affordable, and packed with advanced tech, making it the perfect tool for hands-on education.
